• Delivery timings may vary

• Delays may occur due to external factors

• Payments are collected in advance

• Processed via secure third-party payment providers

• Auri Kitchen does not store payment details

• Refunds, where applicable, are processed as per our Refund Policy mentioned below.

5. Renewals

Subscription continuation may require renewal. Notifications may be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or RCS.

7. Cancellations & Pauses

• Requests for cancellations or pauses must be made in advance

• Refund approvals are subject to Auri Kitchen’s discretion based on the nature of the request

• In case a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 3 to 7 business days to the original payment method

• Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider

• Missed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-response may not be eligible for refunds

9. Liability

Auri Kitchen is not liable for delays, allergic reactions (unless disclosed), or misuse of service.
